Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your handmade Nkuku pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. All returned goods must be in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective materials to ensure they arrive back to us safely and undamaged.

• 3.
  Label and Send

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
